Saucy Seltzer Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

As an authorized affiliate of Saucy Seltzer, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering for and promoting Saucy Seltzer as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely for the purpose of legally promoting Saucy Seltzer and earning a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through your approved affiliate links or personal referrals.

By enrolling in the Saucy Seltzer Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and its terms.

1. Approval or Rejection of Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. Applicants will have no legal recourse against Saucy Seltzer for the rejection of an application. All applications are subject to review and approval within 48 business hours.

2. Commissions

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly on the 15th of each month via PayPal. Affiliates are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases. Only one commission per referred customer is permitted. Commissions apply solely to the customer’s first qualifying order. Commissions will be paid only on completed transactions. Orders resulting in chargebacks, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not qualify for commission payment.

3. Termination

An Affiliate’s participation in the Program may be suspended or terminated at any time for, but not limited to, the following reasons:

- Misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims

- Inappropriate or deceptive advertising practices

- Spamming or unsolicited mass communications

- Promotion on websites or platforms that engage in or promote illegal activities

- Failure to properly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable state or federal laws

- Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or suspected abuse of the Program

- Violation of Section 4 (THC & Platform Compliance)

Saucy Seltzer reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, for violations of this Agreement or for any reason deemed appropriate.

4. THC, Education & Platform Compliance

Saucy Seltzer products contain hemp-derived THC and are intended for responsible adult use (21+) only. Affiliate promotions must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the advertising policies, content standards, and community guidelines of each platform used (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, email, blogs, and websites).

Saucy Seltzer is an infused social seltzer brand, not a recreational or “stoner” product. Affiliate content must prioritize education, clarity, and responsible enjoyment, recognizing that audiences may have varying levels of familiarity or preconceived notions around THC.

Affiliates play an important role in helping consumers understand:

- What infused social seltzers are

- How measured dosing works (no mystery pours)

- How Saucy fits into balanced, intentional social moments

Approved Content Guidelines (DO)

Affiliates may:

- Promote Saucy Seltzer in a responsible manner

- Highlight zero alcohol, zero sugar, zero calories

- Reference clearly defined, measured doses

- Use language centered around balance, mindful enjoyment, and social alternatives to alcohol

- Share personal lifestyle experiences that are age-appropriate and compliant

- Include required age gating, disclosures, and affiliate disclosures where applicable

Prohibited Content Guidelines (DON’T)

Affiliates may not:

- Promote intoxication, impairment, or excessive use

- Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims of any kind

- Suggest guaranteed effects or outcomes

- Encourage misuse or irresponsible consumption

- Target or appeal to individuals under the age of 21

- Use language or imagery restricted by platform-specific policies

Claims & Representations

Affiliates may not make statements or representations about Saucy Seltzer that are not expressly approved by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to health benefits, medical effects, therapeutic outcomes, or performance guarantees.

Geographic & Legal Restrictions

Affiliates may only promote Saucy Seltzer in jurisdictions where the product is legally permitted for sale and shipment. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotions comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliates grant Saucy Seltzer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, repost, share, and repurpose affiliate-created content featuring Saucy Seltzer for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Saucy Seltzer reserves the right to request edits, caption changes, or removal of any affiliate content that does not meet legal, regulatory, platform-specific, or brand guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.

5. Affiliate Links & Creative Use

Affiliates may use approved graphics, messaging, and assets provided by Saucy Seltzer. Custom creative may be used only if it remains accurate, appropriate, and compliant with all Program guidelines and applicable laws.

6. Coupon & Deal Promotion

Saucy Seltzer may offer exclusive coupons or promotional codes to select affiliates. Affiliates may only promote coupons or discounts that have been explicitly assigned or approved for their use.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

- Misrepresenting or implying unauthorized discounts

- Bidding on branded coupon or discount-related keywords

- Using pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or cookie-stuffing techniques

- Advertising deals or coupons that are not currently available

- Using “click for deal/coupon” language when no active promotion exists

Violations of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program.

7. Liability

Saucy Seltzer shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or commissions, resulting from tracking issues, technical errors, data loss, or unauthorized interference with the Program or website.

8. Term of Agreement

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Saucy Seltzer Affiliate Program and remains in effect until the Affiliate account is terminated.

Saucy Seltzer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, your sole option is to terminate your Affiliate account.

Third-Party Services

We may share affiliate information with trusted third-party service providers, including:

- Affiliate platform providers

- Payment processors

- Analytics and compliance tools

These providers are permitted to use affiliate information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell affiliate personal information. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect affiliate data; however, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Age & Legal Eligibility

Participation in the Affiliate Program is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Rights & Choices

Affiliates may request to update or delete their information or terminate participation in the Program by contacting us at [email protected]

Changes to This Policy

Saucy Seltzer may update this Affiliate Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued participation in the Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
